This afternoon (actually in a few hours) I’m planning to go and watch a movie.. The question that still remains is: WHAT MOVIE!?
I’ve checked the websites for Shaw, Golden Village, Eng Wah and Cathay, but all I can spot are CRAP shows!
“Let’s go watch The Hulk or Finding Nemo? What about Bruce Almighty or Phone Booth?”. Already Watched Them! “Maybe Charlie’s Angels 2, 2 Fast 2 Furious or Terminator 3?” Sorry but I think they’re gonna be crap shows! It’s just modern society’s way to earn big bugs: Let’s make sequels to good shows and pray for the best..
So that leaves me with a bunch of other shows which I only heard bad reviews about
Or of course… I could go and watch BASIC! Yes, that’ll do! I’ve heard good comments about this show but the unfortunate thing is that it only plays in very VERY few theatres.. So will do my best to take a look around this afternoon! Keep you posted

Body scanners that see through clothing and produce detailed images of naked bodies are the latest counter-terrorism measure for airports being tested by the US Government, with Australia watching intently.
The scanners, designed to detect hidden plastic weapons, explosives or contraband missed by metal detectors, have brought outcries over privacy concerns.
The director of the US Transportation Security Administration’s security laboratory, Susan Hallowell, demonstrated the scanners in the US on Wednesday. She was dressed in a dark business skirt and blazer. The machine generated pictures of her naked body – but also revealed a plastic gun and plastic explosives strapped around her waist.
“It does basically make you look fat and naked, but you see all this stuff,” said Ms Hallowell referring to the hidden weaponry.
The scanners, costing between $150,000 and $300,000, use “backscatter” X-ray technology. The X-rays pass through clothing but deflect off the skin, producing the grey image of a person’s body. Objects of greater density, such as guns, knives and explosives show up as dark and defined objects. The scanners have been tested at Florida’s Orlando Airport.
Australia’s Transport Department said it was monitoring the technology.
Federal Privacy Commissioner Malcolm Crompton attacked the technology yesterday as a “gross invasion of privacy”. Liberty Victoria spokesman Chris Maxwell said the scanners were “astonishingly intrusive” and Australians “would not stand for such an absurd proposition”.

Feast your eyes on this! Why did the chicken cross the road?
I think: Because he had to.. Read what other (more meaningful people) think:

Through a Singaporean magazine called “FiRST” (a rather nice movie magazine spread here in Singapore) I had won some tickets for the movie Wise Girls (2002) starring Mariah Carey (be careful, the music on her website can become rather ANNOYING!). “Unfortunately”, the movies was already removed from Shaw Theatres, which left me with choice from all the movies that did not have a “No Free Listing”.
My choice fell for Finding Nemo (2003), which I was sure to prefer over my initial option
Let’s hope I win something again! This movie “Totally Rocks” as the turtles would say and the animation was truly amazing. Good humor, nice graphics and even in the theatre some extra’s like a Pixar oldie before the show and some little guest appearances during the credits. Go check it out! Oh, their website has some very cool wallpapers, games, screensavers for you to use and play with. Have fun! Will post some more on this kewl show I think!
And so we reach probably the 5th day of the new domain! It feels like pure adrenaline is running through my body for getting the new layout on top of the Movable Type structure. Guess I should get out more often eh?
Either that or I’m the cheap thrill kind of person! Either way, I’m not complaining!
Well, a few more steps to get it all up and running. Thanks to Scooby_D for the emotional support! Life of a web-developer ain’t easy.. but neither is that of the friends of a web-developer
Stay tuned!
This is the very FiRST post on our newly updated blog for The ^Mask^ Hide Out! We’re still working on the layout, but that should be up and running very soon as well! I really cant wait to get this starting!
Our very own domain and no more Blogger.com services but very cool Movable Type instead! The basic reason why I didnt like Blogger.com much is because you need to log on to their website first before you can modify your code and it didnt allow comments in the Basic version. Why don’t they just offer a 60-days trial per website right? Oh well, their loss, not mine.. Coz we’ve got: Movable Type!
Anyways, many updates are about to happen in the upcoming few days so please check back regularly! Hope to welcome you again soon on The ^Mask^ Hide Out!
